Current rental policies for Putts mobile mini golf in the Pacific Northwest.
A Request to Book is not a reservation. Sending the website form does not reserve your date or equipment. A reservation happens later, after Go Putts PNW confirms availability and you complete the required booking and payment steps.
Booking & Payment
Does a Request to Book reserve my date?
No. Sending the website form is a request, not a reservation. Your date and equipment are not reserved when you submit the form. Go Putts PNW will review availability and contact you about next steps. A reservation happens later, after we confirm availability and you complete the required booking and payment steps.
What is required to reserve a rental?
A 50% down payment is required to book. The down payment applies toward the final invoice.
Is the down payment refundable?
Yes. The down payment is fully refundable up to 90 days before the rental. Contact us for details about cancellations or rescheduling within 90 days of your event.
Delivery & Travel
How does delivery pricing work?
A delivery fee of no less than $1.00 per mile, one way, applies to all rentals. Mileage is measured from the nearest warehouse location.
What if my event is more than 100 miles away?
For rentals more than 100 miles from the nearest warehouse location, a $650 minimum rental applies. The $650 minimum does not include the long-distance/delivery fee. Timeframes for long-distance rentals are subject to approval.
Setup & Venue Requirements
Can rentals be used indoors or outdoors?
Yes. Rentals can be used indoors or outdoors. A level surface is required.
Do you include setup and takedown?
Yes. All rentals include setup and takedown.
When is extra labor charged?
An additional labor fee may be assessed when setup requires extra labor. Examples include long walks from the trailer to the setup area, stairs, and elevators.
Rental Timeframes
How long does a rental last?
Rentals are for the day. You can choose a timeframe between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Long-distance rental timeframes are subject to approval.
Can I add extra days?
Yes. Additional rental days can be added at 30% off each additional day. The discounted additional-day pricing applies to weekdays only.
Attendants
Do I need an attendant at my event?
One attendant is required for events with 50 or more people. Special exceptions may be available if you provide your own attendant. A customer-provided attendant must be at least 18 years old.
Equipment Included
What equipment is included?
All equipment needed for the rental is included in the rental price. You can choose colorful putters or all-black putters. A variety of ball colors are available. Putter sets include 3 adult sizes and 3 child sizes. The appropriate number of putters is provided based on course size.
Damage Waiver
What is the damage waiver fee?
A 5% damage waiver fee is automatically added to the order. The damage waiver can be removed upon request.
