Who we are

This website is operated by Go Putts PNW LLC, an authorized local Putts operator serving the Pacific Northwest.

This page describes how we handle information submitted through this website, especially the Request to Book form.

What we collect

When you send a Request to Book, we collect the information you enter:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Preferred contact method, if you choose one
  • Event details, such as event type, date, optional start time, guest count, and indoor or outdoor setting
  • Requested rental options, or a note that you want help choosing
  • Venue or location details, such as venue name, address, city, state, and ZIP, or that the venue is not set yet
  • Any notes you choose to include

The form also sends a few technical details that help us receive and review the request, such as the page you came from, the form address, and optional campaign tags if they are already in the link you used. A hidden field and a short timing check are used only to reduce automated spam. Those checks are not used to profile you.

How we use it

We use this information to review your event request, check whether we can serve the date and location, and contact you about next steps, logistics, and pricing.

Submitting a request does not reserve a date or equipment. Nothing is booked until Go Putts PNW LLC confirms it with you.

We do not sell this information. We do not use the Request to Book form to add you to unrelated marketing lists.

Who can see it

Event requests are stored so our team can review them. We use Google services to receive and keep those requests.

The website also relies on ordinary hosting and security tools needed to run the site and the form. We do not share your request with advertisers.

How long we keep it

We do not have a fixed published retention period. We keep event requests as long as we need them to respond to you and operate the business.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete a request you submitted. Until a public business email is published, use the Request to Book form and say that your note is a privacy request.

How to reach us

TODO: a public business email and phone number have not been supplied yet, so they are not published here. Until those are available, send a Request to Book and note that you are contacting us about privacy.
